As the BDR Team Lead, you will report directly to the CMO and play a key role in shaping the future of our pipeline generation efforts, working tightly and very closely with the Head of Growth and the regional Account Executives. This is a player-coach role: youll be expected not only to lead, but also to contribute personally by prospecting, engaging with target accounts, and opening doors for our enterprise sales team.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets
Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting enterprise organizations in the US and Europe
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics while driving continuous improvement
Coach team members on prospecting techniques, messaging, objection handling, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and account research
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation efforts
Ensure high-quality outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels
Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting using CRM tools
Stay up to date with cybersecurity industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements: 1-2 years of leadership or mentoring a sales development team.
2+ years experience as a BDR / SDR in a B2B SaaS company; cybersecurity experience - a plus.
Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline generation
Experience working with US and/or European markets
Track record of consistent overachievement against pipeline or meeting-generation goals.
English level- written and verbal
Hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience working with AI apps
English at a native or very high professional level
