We are hiring a creative, independent, and proactive Product Manager to own products end-to-end, from discovery through launch and lifecycle - across both hardware and software. The role requires a strong hands-on mindset: personally evaluate products in practice (installation, commissioning, and user workflows) and translate customer/field insights, product data, and market trends into clear requirements, strong UX / UI, and measurable improvements. Responsibilities:
* Own lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, iteration.
* Define and prioritize requirements across HW/FW/cloud/mobile/web, including end-to-end flows and edge cases.
* Hands-on evaluation: installation, commissioning/configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting -identify friction and drive fixes.
* Own E2E UX / UI across physical + digital touchpoints (device behavior/indications, installer tools, apps, portals, diagnostics).
* Synthesize customer needs, competitive insights, and tech/business trends into roadmap priorities and product decisions.
* Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, UX / UI, operations, field/service, sales, and support; manage tradeoffs and unblock delivery.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of product management experience owning HW + SW products end-to-end ( Embedded /IoT/platform preferred).
* Strong hands-on experience with installation/commissioning/configuration workflows and improving real-world UX.
* Demonstrated ability to convert customer needs and market signals into structured requirements and priorities.
* Creative, independent, initiative-driven; thrives in ambiguity.
* B.Sc. required; MBA is a plus.
* Strong English communication (written, verbal, presentations).
