Requirements:
3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets, preferably from an online/tech company
Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, economics, etc.)
Proficient in SQL - writing, optimizing, and managing complex queries
Hands-on experience with Python/R for advanced analysis, or leveraging AI/ML/LLMs for insights as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI - an advantage
Excellent visualization and presentation skills
Highly independent, proactive, and a fast learner, capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment and fostering cross-functional collaboration
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical principles for effective experiment design, execution, and interpretation.
