Key Responsibilities:
system Design: Convert business requirements into technical specs, architecture, and design inputs.
Technical Leadership: Lead integration and V&V activities (validation & verification) across R&D teams.
Product Lifecycle: Manage performance, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout development.
Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis (RCA), lead ECOs, and resolve complex technical escalations.
Collaboration: Partner with project managers on schedules and support sales/marketing activities.
Requirements: BSc in system Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a leading university. Master's degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in developing multi-disciplinary products (HW, Mechanics, Software, Physics).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in system engineering.
Experience in resolving complex system issues and taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Experience in Medical Devices is an advantage.
Experience in a global company is a plus.
Knowledge of optics/laser is an advantage.
