Work from Home - Israel
Hours: Part-time, 4 hours every evening (with an option to expand hours in the future)
Sector: Non-Profit / Fundraising / Telemarketing
Conduct outbound calls to existing donors and new (cold) leads.
Present the organization's activities in a professional, moving, and compelling manner.
Build personal, positive, and respectful relationships with donors and supporters.
Accurately record calls, pledges, and payment details in the system.
Meet daily and weekly call volumes and fundraising targets.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, fundraising, or working with non-profits is mandatory.
Global Outreach: Proven experience working with audiences abroad, specifically English speakers, is mandatory.
Languages: Native-level or very high proficiency in English is mandatory.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Approach: Professional, respectful, and empathetic demeanor with the ability to create genuine personal connections.
Mindset: High persistence, mental resilience, goal-oriented, and strongly motivated to succeed.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with data management systems.
