We are rebuilding networking and security from the ground up as a secured cloud service, and we are looking for an excellent and experienced Product Manager to join the Access & Identity team.
As a Product Manager in this team, you will be a key member driving our ZTNA and remote access products to new heights, strengthening our position as the SASE market leaders.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and lead the Exposure Assessment domain of the platform.

As the Product Manager leading the Exposure Assessment domain, you will work closely with a highly skilled team of engineers, data stakeholders, and security researchers. Together, you will ensure customers can continuously understand, manage, and reduce exposure across their external attack surface.

This role is ideal for experienced Product Managers with experience working on cybersecurity products, who love to collaborate and communicate with external and internal stakeholders, deeply understand the problems they are solving, and make decisions using customer insights and data.

Responsibilities
Own the Exposure Analysis domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, product flows, and execution.
Lead product discovery and problem definition, using methods such as user interviews, stakeholder interviews, competitive research, workflow mapping, and iterative validation.
Define domain success metrics (KPIs), track progress, and make data-informed decisions to drive measurable outcomes.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Security Research to define initiatives, prioritize deliverables, and solve day-to-day product challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their security programs and workflows, identify pain points and opportunities, validate direction, and support successful adoption of new capabilities.
Translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements, and communicate them effectively to Engineering, Research, Design, and other stakeholders to enable high-quality execution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on priorities, support key opportunities, communicate upcoming deliveries, and drive go-to-market activities including enablement and launches.

In this role, you will bring your in-depth knowledge of identity threat detection and response to protect organizations from identity-based attacks and help guide the evolution of our Identity Protection Product Offerings. You will work closely with engineering, researchers, product marketing, sales, support, and other product managers. You will bring existing knowledge about identity security & product management best practices and apply them in delivering significant new features and enhancements, addressing the needs of modern security operations and identity teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to interface and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Act as the product leader for major initiatives around Identity Protection, including different audiences such as Security Operations Teams, Identity & Access Management Administrators, Incident Responders, IT Administrators, and Threat Hunters.

Monitor and analyze the identity threat landscape including credential theft, account takeover, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and develop strategies to detect and respond to identity-based attacks.

Research and maintain deep expertise in Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) markets and capabilities.

Utilize strategic insight and organizational skills to identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance the functional capabilities of this offering.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science to understand identity attack trends, adversary tactics, and deliver new visibility and defenses for identity infrastructure.
