Requirements:

Requirements:
system Engineer - Electronic Payloads ( RFgreenTxtBg!) For a leading defense aerospace division specializing in advanced airborne platforms, we are looking for an experienced system Engineer - Electronic Payloads ( RFgreenTxtBg!). Responsibilities: Lead and participate in development and procurement processes מול subcontractors for advanced electronic payloads and applications, including SIGINT systems (ELINT / COMINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Radar systems (SAR / MPR).
Prepare technical specifications, design reviews, engineering documentation review and approval, acceptance testing, development and validation trials, including AI-based data fusion capabilities.
Lead and support end-to-end (E2E) payload integration into unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including requirements definition, interface management, environmental considerations, integration design, system integration, testing, and operational trials.
Provide engineering support in customer-facing activities, including technical proposals, engineering responses for business development needs, technical reporting, documentation, training materials, fault investigations, and corrective action implementation. Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science - mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in electronic systems development (preferably military airborne systems) - mandatory
Proven experience in product development and system integration processes, including writing engineering specifications
Experience working with subcontractors and customers
Advantage: experience leading development of avionics assemblies and payload integration into airborne platforms
Familiarity with airborne intelligence payload systems, including payloads and pods
Strong expertise and hands-on experience with RF systems
Familiarity with the UAV/UAS domain.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in multi-disciplinary system engineering or equivalent
Python/ MATLAB hands-on experience - must

Hands‑on experience with lab equipment, system characterization, and physical measurements (advantage).

Requirements:
M.Sc. /PhD in Physics/ Engineering (Electrical, Optics or Equivalent).
5+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary system engineering
Direct technical management of 3+ people
Project management from initiation to closure (at least 1 year)
Matlab/Python hands-on knowledge
Worked in complex activities in project and matrix environments in parallel.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering - mandatory.
3 years of experience in a development/system engineering team for RF transmission and reception systems - mandatory (experience as part of an integration/automation/RF team).
Systemic vision (experience working collaboratively with additional development fields related to the main area of expertise), leadership skills, and the ability to work independently - mandatory.
Hands-on experience and ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously - development teams (hardware and software), testing teams, project managers - mandatory.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously - mandatory.
Ability to obtain a civilian security clearance at the confidential level - mandatory.
Active civilian security clearance - a significant advantage.
Experience in the cellular field - an advantage.

Requirements:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics or a related engineering discipline
Strong hands-on experience with complex experimental setups and measurements; experience in ultrafast optics is a strong advantage (e.g., femtosecond lasers, OPOs, pump-probe experiments)
Proficiency in data analysis and algorithm development, using relevant software tools such as MATLAB and/or Python
Experience in optical and mechanical system design - an advantage
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and fab environments - an advantage
Proven ability to evaluate and compare diverse technological approaches based on different physical principles
