Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Intelligence layer - a foundational system that transforms how matching works across the platform. This role owns the development of our Knowledge Graph and data systems, connecting buyer intent, project scope, seller capabilities, and real delivery outcomes into a unified intelligence layer. You will lead the effort to transform our unstructured marketplace data into structured, outcome-linked signals, forming the foundation for systems that can understand context, reason about fit, and improve matching decisions across the platform. What am I going to do?:

* Own our Marketplace Intelligence layer, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for context-aware, outcome-driven systems
* Lead cross-functional execution of complex systems, partnering with engineering, data science, and product teams to build scalable, reliable, and explainable solutions
* Lead the evolution of our Knowledge Graph and signal ecosystem, connecting marketplace data to real outcomes
* Drive the use of structured signals to improve matching, personalization, and discovery across the platform
* Navigate ambiguity and define structure across a problem space spanning data, modeling, and product experience
* Drive adoption of these capabilities across key surfaces such as Job Post, Search, and CRM
* Continuously identify gaps in data, signals, and marketplace understanding
* Manage technical complexity while connecting infrastructure efforts to clear business impact

Requirements:
* 5+ years of product management experience in data -intensive or technical domains, ideally working on systems that involve data modeling, signals, or decision-making infrastructure.
* Strong technical background in data systems, ML infrastructure, or engineering; experience working with large-scale data pipelines and transforming unstructured data into structured signals.
* Experience building or scaling systems related to search, recommendation, ranking, or marketplace matching.
* Strong understanding of how systems make decisions based on signals, context, and historical data, not just surface-level metrics.
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technically challenging products with measurable business impact.
* Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity through structured thinking, system design, and strong execution.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in highly technical and cross-functional environments.
* Strong product intuition for what drives real-world success and outcomes, beyond engagement or conversion metrics.
* Experience working with knowledge graphs, embeddings, or entity-based systems is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with AI/LLM systems (e.g., prompt orchestration, evaluation, or data pipelines) is a plus.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a PM
Experience with low-touch products: especially B2B2C or consumer products that work at scale.
Experience working in marketplaces or products that require a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive engagement.
A track record of leading impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive significant customer engagement and business growth.
Genuine product taste: a sharp eye for what's good, a clear point of view on what should be built, and the confidence to defend it.
Hands-on experience building prototypes or POCs using AI tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be a builder.
Deep, practical familiarity with AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, not as a novelty but as a core working method.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to get your hands dirty with the data directly.
A strong sense of product design and user experience, with an ability to champion UX improvements that delight customers.
Leadership and execution-oriented mindset, capable of driving organized workflows, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
