This position is based out of our Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to the Dev team lead.

What you will be responsible for:

* Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
* Ensure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards.
* Support the deployment and testing of new products and features.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
* Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance system functionality.
* Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring as necessary.
* Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and reliability.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster continuous improvement.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
* Assist in the establishment and enforcement of development standards and coding conventions.

The role:
Lead and manage a team of iOS developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality iOS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Drive the architectural design and technical decision-making processes for iOS projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Hands-on iOS development using SwiftUI and UIKit, actively contributing to the codebase and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for skills development and training within the iOS team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Act as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders, addressing technical queries, providing project updates, and managing expectations.

Your experience building well-architected, high-performance frontend components will directly impact how quickly teams can ship, how consistent our products feel, and how confidently we can continue to innovate at scale.

What Youll Do:
Build and maintain shared frontend foundations used across products, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Build, document, and maintain a shared UI components library used across products.
Develop high-performance data visualization components and reusable interface patterns.
Collaborate with design and product teams to transform Figma designs into functional React components.
Take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver production-grade UI solutions.
Participate in the modernization and technical health of the frontend by refactoring, improving architecture and state management, enforcing code quality standards, and continuously optimizing rendering, bundling, and build workflows
Leverage AI tooling to assist with frontend development workflows, including code generation and refactoring, performance analysis and design-to-code alignment, while applying strong engineering judgment to review and productionize results.

In this role, you will be integral in designing, building, and maintaining our various projects on a different scale, using modern technologies on client side, emphasizing high performance, scalability, and availability.
