Were looking for a talented and technically-minded Technical Product Manager to help shape the next generation of the Platform. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical experience, and deep understanding of modern security architectures such as Machine Identity Management, IAM, IGA or PAM.

Youll collaborate closely with engineering, customers, and leadership to define and deliver innovative capabilities that secure and streamline enterprise infrastructure.



Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Partner with engineering to define detailed specs, review designs, test releases, and validate user experiences.
Drive Product Strategy & Execution:Define, prioritize, and deliver the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Customer-Focused Product Design: Gather and analyze customer feedback, lead feature ideation, and ensure user expectations are exceeded through intuitive design and coherent documentation.
Deep Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct hands-on research into the security ecosystem to identify opportunities and competitive differentiators.
Support Product Marketing & GTM: Work with marketing and sales to articulate product positioning, messaging, and launch materials for new capabilities.

As the Platform Engineering Director, you will lead a team of talented engineers to design, build, and scale our platform infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability across all services.
What Youll Be Doing

Lead and mentor a team of Platform Engineers to achieve strategic goals.
Build a high-performing core engineering group by hiring top talent and fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects that impact the foundation of our product
Collaborate closely with product, architecture, security, product marketing, and other engineering teams to align technical vision and execution
Mentor and develop engineers, providing guidance and support for their growth
Help us continuously improve by bringing strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and an agile mindset

we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the companys digital asset custody infrastructure platform. You will ensure that the product meets clients needs, remains competitive, and aligns with the companys strategic goals.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, leadership, and customers to shape the product vision and drive the roadmap of a highly secure digital asset platform.
This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver complex product capabilities.
