Your Opportunity:

Your Role:

The team is part of the Customer Experience group, which is responsible for the platform, tools, and customer-facing experiences that power how our customers interact with our ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on role, in which youll be working closely with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and engineering partners across the company.
You will operate at the intersection of backend engineering, data-intensive systems, platform development, and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, along with deep experience working with large-scale data stores, event-driven pipelines, data models, and high-throughput infrastructure.
