The Legal Counsel reports directly to the Head of Legal - Commercial and serves as in-house attorney handling the companys legal needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to assist in the management of the companys day to day legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, ranging from complex cloud technology agreements, various forms of software licenses, Software as a Service, support and maintenance, data processing agreements, professional services contracts, payment processing agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
