Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
Define and drive the product development roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and execution tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and align multidisciplinary teams across electronics, software, electro-optics, and algorithm development.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and provide solutions to technical and programmatic challenges.
Customer Interface
Manage ongoing communication with customers, including progress updates, expectation management, and delivery alignment.
Decision Making & Prioritization
Balance technical requirements, resources, and constraints to make effective, timely decisions.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering (required).
Proven experience in product management or leading complex technological projects.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management in matrix environments.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and uncertainty.
Strong systems thinking with attention to detail and big-picture perspective.
High motivation to work on innovative, high-impact technologies.
