seeking a senior leader to own global governance, regulatory oversight, and compliance, operating in a CCO capacity and working closely with leadership, regulators, auditors, and financial institutions. Regulatory Titles: AML Compliance Officer, Complaints Officer, Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer Works closely with regulators, financial institutions, and internal leadership. Cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations and Operations. Supervision over Compliance and Governance managers, and global compliance officers. OurCrowd is headquartered in Jerusalem and has an office in Tel Aviv. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in office. Title and seniority will be determined based on the candidates experience.
Responsibilities:
GOVERNANCE
* Own global governance across OurCrowd entities (e.g., structure, ownership, board processes, action resolutions), including lifecycle (setup, maintenance, wind-down)
* Coordinate top board-level action resolutions, charters and committees with Corporate Secretary
* Govern authorizations, corporate records and reporting around directors/officers, beneficial owners and signatories
* Oversee KYC data rooms, institutional requests, and audit readiness REGULATORY
* Own licensing, exemptions, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cayman Islands, BVI, etc.)
* Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and ongoing jurisdictional compliance
* Act as internal expert on cross-border regulatory strategy and distribution COMPLIANCE
* Own OurCrowds global compliance program (e.g., AML/KYC, sanctions, onboarding, policies, training)
* Supervise global compliance officers and resources (internal + external)
* Sign off on key filings and regulatory submissions
* Oversee compliance calendar and compliance monitoring program
* Handle complex investor onboarding, transfers and accreditation matters
* Participate in senior cross-functional operations and risk management meetings

* Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver seamless experiences
* Own and improve development lifecycles including CI/CD, observability, and cloud automation
* Debug production issues and lead efforts to ensure system reliability and uptime
* Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding processes
* Participate in a Tier 2/3 on-call rotation to support business-critical systems

We are looking for an FP&A who can think big and move fast, partnering with the business to analyze key financial and operational drivers and support growth-focused decision-making. This role is highly cross-functional, owning core financial models, planning processes, and working closely with leaders across the company to turn strategy into execution.

What you will be doing
Manage financial forecasts and analyses across key business drivers, including revenue, growth metrics, capacity, and company expenses.
Build and manage the budget transparently, working closely with global teams to enable execution and goal achievement.
Own analyses and planning processes end-to-end, from problem definition through execution and follow-up.
Support pricing, business plans, and investment decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, adapting models, assumptions, and priorities as the business evolves.
Work on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives for senior management, assessing business challenges and proposing data-driven solutions.

Own the end-to-end Billing-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate conversion of billable activity into invoices and cash collection.
Monitor and reconcile daily billable events vs. collectable revenue across systems and data sources.
Ensure billing accuracy across all revenue streams, including disputes managed, success fees, and other chargeable services.
Identify discrepancies between operational activity and financial records and drive resolution.
Revenue Reconciliation & Controls

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between operational systems, billing systems, and financial records.
Maintain controls ensuring that all bookable items are correctly converted into billable and collectable revenue.
Investigate revenue leakage risks, billing gaps, or data inconsistencies.
Ensure data integrity between product systems, billing platforms, and accounting systems.
Cross-Functional Revenue Operations

Work closely with Product and Engineering to define billing logic, pricing implementation, and data flows.
Partner with Customer Success and Operations to validate client billing events and dispute volumes.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition and financial reporting.
Act as the owner of billing infrastructure and revenue flow design.
Process & System Development

Design scalable billing reconciliation processes and dashboards.
Build automated tools for revenue validation and anomaly detection.
Improve internal processes related to revenue tracking, billing automation, and financial reporting.
Provide leadership insights to improve revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
