Key Responsibilities
Deal Support
Deliver compelling, high-quality presentations of SAP SmartRecruiters solutions
Design and execute tailored, value-based demonstrations aligned to customer needs
Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and refine solution positioning
Demonstrate deep expertise in HR processes and translate them into relevant solution use cases
Support RFx processes and proposal development
Present effectively in both virtual and in-person environments
Provide limited post-sale support to ensure smooth transition to implementation teams
Act as Solution Captain in complex or multi-solution opportunities
Leverage cross-functional expertise (Solution Specialists, CoE, Value Engineering, Solution Hubs, Product Management, Deal Advisors)
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Consulting roles
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SmartRecruiters or leading HRIS solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM or similar)
Preferred: Experience with SAP HCM solutions
Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and ability to map business needs to solutions
Proven experience working within enterprise sales cycles
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (professional level required)
