So, what will you be doing all day?
You will serve as the domain expert for all risk and compliance across our company. You will work cross team to define the tools, strategies and methodologies needed to keep our rapidly growing Fintech business safe and compliant
You will lead a team (currently of one other analyst but slated for growth as our volume increases)
You will need to balance your time between the high level process building and the hands on risk analyst execution tasks including daily manual reviews of flags/alerts/accounts/transactions to minimize losses
Collaborate with financial services partners (PSPs, Consumer Financing, Expense Cards, Capital) on all risk and compliance matters that impact our integrations.
Identify and implement AI and automation tools to increase risk controls efficiently
Monitor and manage payouts and payments, fraud, chargebacks, refunds, and ACH across our products, while setting and removing temporary controls on flagged accounts to minimize exposure
Collaborate with customer success, support, finance, and external partners to respond to complex risk events, optimize risk models, and implement best practices

What youll do
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Operations in the US, this person will be among the first hires in Israel focused on Financial Operations, as part of a larger global Financial Operations (FinOps) team. The team aims to deliver operational excellence of our customer transaction lifecycle and manage our liquidity to support the companys business growth across the globe. As a FinOps Analyst, youll work closely with counterparts within Operations but also with Commercial and Product teams to identify and remediate FinOps-related issues. This person will need to work a 9-6PM shift.

Responsibilities:
Utilise advanced Zendesk skills to manage FinOps-related customer requests (e.g., payment investigations, returns, recalls, and reconciliation inquiries); proficient in Triggers, Tagging, Routing Queues, and Macros to streamline queue management, ensure SLA adherence, and improve operational efficiency across global FinOps workflows
Monitor global end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle inquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboards in a timely manner, communicate with teams and other departments to handle issues
