Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management team and focus on expanding our AI platform to develop new use cases and applications for automakers, smart mobility vendors, insurance companies and additional new markets.
As a Product Manager you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to our VP Product and work closely with a team of passionate employees.
This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel, in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer and market needs
Translate product strategy into product roadmap, detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with the research, data analytics, data engineering, and data science departments to develop core detection capabilities
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with Sales, CSMs, Marketing, R&D with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Drive market and competitive analysis for their product
Support developing the core positioning and messaging of the product
Lead sales enablement activities on product positioning, messaging and new releases and developing sales tools and collateral
Create a plan and engage with potential and existing customers to gather ongoing feedback and requirements.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of KB writers and one freelance Community Forum Manager.
Set clear processes, expectations, and development paths that promote growth, autonomy, and accountability.
Provide editorial oversight and quality assurance; conduct occasional hands-on writing for critical content.
Foster a culture of empathy, clarity, and operational excellence.
AI strategy & workflow definition

Design, implement, and continuously optimize AI-driven content creation and update workflows across the Knowledge Base.
Work with the teams knowledge solutions and technology specialist to define prompt structures, SOPs, and operational guidelines for AI-assisted content.
Partner with internal AI operations stakeholders to evaluate and integrate both internal and external AI tools.
Drive AI workflow adoption across Product, PMM, Support, and CS teams.
Community Forum strategy

Own the strategy, outcomes, and success metrics of the Community Forum as it scales beyond the POC phase.
Partner with the freelance Community Manager to drive engagement, knowledge discoverability, and customer value.
Ensure alignment between Knowledge Base content, forum discussions, and emerging education channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Support to ensure timely, accurate, and AI-supported documentation.
Influence PMs to adopt new AI-based documentation processes and Self-Serve content standards.
Own decision-making and approval processes for all Self-Serve content.

Strategy and outcomes for the Community Forum.

We are looking for a Director of Credit Solutions to join our team and lead the development and execution of credit-based capabilities across our platform, with an initial focus on our Early Payment offering.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategic domain and play a key role in expanding and scaling financial solutions within our companys ecosystem.
You will work closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners to enhance and scale these offerings. This role is ideal for a senior product or program leader with strong business orientation, who is excited to drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development and scaling of our companys Early Payment offering
Define the product strategy, business model, and execution approach for credit solutions
Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Partnerships to ensure successful implementation

We are looking for a tech-driven, creative, and hands-on product marketing professional to join the Marketing team. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will be the leading stakeholder of all our strategic marketing programs, sales enablement, messaging and positioning, as well as collaboration on marketing activities with tech partners.
You will work closely with multiple teams within (product, sales, CSM, delivery, alliances, etc,), as well as partners, customers and prospects, to deepen our thought leadership and expand brand awareness by creating effective sales assets, webinars, partner-driven programs, press releases, targeted outreach and email programs, and media opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent English communicator, creative with brilliant technological skills.

Initiate and execute (end-to-end) strategic marketing programs, primarily thought leadership, tech-oriented webinars and partners-related opportunities (including related collateral and nurturing programs).
Join our evangelist team - represent us in webinars, interviews and speaking engagements, as well as moderate our own webinars.
Manage our media relations, working closely with PR partners, our tech alliances, and internal evangelists to boost brand exposure.
Craft strategic content to support our marketing programs, such as tech-focused videos, in depth interviews, podcasts, etc.
