We are looking for a results-driven, sales-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in the fintech industry. This is not a "classic sales" role; it requires a strategic professional who can calibrate between high-impact business development and expert account management.
What you will do:
Drive Global Expansion: Identify, pitch, and onboard elite partners, premium publishers, and high-reach influencers across international markets to grow the brand.
Scale Existing Portfolios: Lead and upscale current affiliate and influencer activities by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Finance to exceed growth and profitability targets.
Be the Face of 500Affiliates: Represent the program at major international conferences and lead high-level, in-person negotiations with key global stakeholders.
Architect Performance Campaigns: Design, execute, and refine performance-driven commercial models and innovative influencer collaborations, including sophisticated hybrid setups.
Monitor and Optimize: Proactively track and analyze partner performance through constant KPI management; identifying risks, uncovering gaps, and executing aggressive growth plans.
Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with our compliance teams to ensure all activities remain fully aligned with global regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Requirements: Sales Oriented Experience: Demonstrated ability to present, persuade, and close high-value deals, with specific experience in performance-based marketing channels (Affiliates/Influencers is a significant advantage).
Performance-oriented mindset: A deep understanding of business models, attribution, and traffic quality, with the unique ability to turn raw data into actionable deal value.
Academic Background: B.A. or B.Sc. degree.
Communication: Superior negotiation and relationship management skills.
Linguistic Fluency: Professional, business-level English is a must (additional languages are a major competitive advantage).
Operational Ownership: The ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and thrive in a high-velocity environment.
Team Mindset: A proactive, business-oriented professional with a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
