Were looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.
Wake Up For This:
* Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining financial records up to date as part of a team.
* Manage local and international bank reconciliations.
* Manage and reconcile global and local credit card activities.
* Prepare and take active part in the payment cycles to local and foreign vendors.
* On going vendor reconciliation.
* Communication with external vendors.
* Internal approval flow and communication with the Companys managers.
* Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.
* Assist with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements: * Certified Bookkeeper.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper.
* Good verbal and written skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
* Experience in High-tech/start-up companies - An advantage.
* Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
