Domain Empowerment & Strategy: You are the primary owner of the Payments roadmap. While collaborating closely with Product and Business leadership to align on high-level strategy, you are empowered to make key decisions on how we evolve our payments platform to meet customer needs.
Payments Hub Evolution: Own the vision for our Payments Hub, building and maintaining the core infrastructure, adding new payment processors, and optimizing channels to grow usage and success rates.
Agile Leadership: Lead a dedicated Scrum team in Israel. You will own the backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and facilitate high-velocity delivery, ensuring the R&D team is perfectly synced with the overall roadmap.
Operational Excellence: Focus on reducing internal and customer friction. You will build products that automate manual processes, thereby reducing servicing costs and call-center volume.
System Integrity: Obsess over reliability. You will ensure the payments platform maintains 100% uptime, treating stability as a mission-critical product feature.
Strategic Liaison: Work cross-functionally with US-based business & product leaders, call center, and legal teams to understand pain points and translate them into technical specifications that deliver value to our customers.
Requirements: At least 7+ years of Product Management experience covering the full product lifecycle.
Payments or Payments Expertise: Familiarity with the US Payments landscape (Credit Cards, ACH, Reg E/Z, PCI-DSS) and legal/regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
Proven Agile Track Record: Experience leading Scrum teams and delivering high-quality products from ideation to implementation.
Metric-Driven Leadership: Proven experience utilizing OKRs and KPIs to drive product success. You have a track record of defining, tracking, and moving the needle on critical metrics (e.g., authorization rates, processing costs, or customer friction).
Technical Depth: Engineering or Computer Science background is a significant plus; you should be comfortable leading both backend and frontend initiatives.
Startup DNA: Experience in a fast-growth startup environment with a quick time-to-market.
Experience with AI tools and a strong interest in continuously exploring and applying them in everyday work are highly valued.
