Participate in the modernization and technical health of the frontend by refactoring, improving architecture and state management, enforcing code quality standards, and continuously optimizing rendering, bundling, and build workflows
Leverage AI tooling to assist with frontend development workflows, including code generation and refactoring, performance analysis and design-to-code alignment, while applying strong engineering judgment to review and productionize results.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications with React and expert-level TypeScript mastery.
Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required
Deep expertise in React architecture, component composition, and modern frontend patterns.
Advanced knowledge of CSS, including scalable styling systems and complex theming.
Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance-driven coding mindset and capabilities.
English fluency (spoken and written)
Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
