we are looking to hire a Senior Consultant with either Emulation or FPGA prototyping knowledge and experience. This role is ideally suited to someone with a good understanding of HAV platforms who can guide customers through successful HAV deployment and design validation. The consultant role will be mainly focused on technical services delivery. This could range from platform enablement to methodology guidance. Interactions may be direct with the customer or collaborative through a wider technical team. This position will require a combination of remote, office and onsite working. As a consultant, you will also be expected to uncover opportunities, scope engagements, promote offerings, and grow new business.
Key Responsibilities
A good understanding of HAV platforms and infrastructure (e.g. Strato, Primo or proFPGA enterprise-level systems would be preferable)
A good understanding of HAV compilation and runtime flows (e.g. Veloce or VPS would be preferable)
Practical insights into the application and usage of HAV
Knowledge of design mapping, testbench mapping and pre-silicon validation
Familiarity with HAV debug solutions (probes, waveforms, assertions, coverage, etc.)
Knowledge of virtual TestBench eXpress (TBX) and/or In-Circuit Emulation (ICE) use-cases
Proficient in HDLs (Verilog/SV) for RTL design and HVLs (SV/UVM) for verification
Strong background in functional verification, RTL synthesis, design partitioning and place-and-route
Conversant with SoC design and architecture concepts.

Overall responsibility for complete the HV-Equipment Scope of the HVDC project
Overall Technical responsibility for the preparation of equipment specifications, check of test plans, and optimization of the equipment construction under consideration of the special requirements for HVDC and Grid Access plants
Mentoring/Training of team members on technical topics related to Component engineering and HVDC technology.
Overall responsibility for the preparation of technical and economic tender documents for high-voltage equipment. Techno-commercial support of the sales department and the project management for HV Equipment
Overall responsibility for the technical evaluation of the offers of subcontractors. Support the economic evaluation in the context of purchasing. Technical support during the search for the most suitable technical solution and qualified subcontractors
Internal project supervision (timelines, costs, quality)
Preparation and active participation of technical decisions in arrangement with the project manager and technical project manager
Regular sub-project reports, regular meetings about project progress, constant monitoring of project milestones
Identification and evaluation of project-oriented risks and opportunities. Working out suggestions to minimize possible risks, recognizing benefits and opportunities.

About The Position

We are looking for a Field Application Team Leader for our Application Engineering group. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing technical team based in both Israel and North America. You will be the technical authority bridging the gap between our cutting-edge LiDAR technology and our global customers in the automotive, robotaxi, and smart infrastructure sectors.
