Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will:
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution from ideation to production and iteration
Define and evolve the hybrid AI & manual creation experience
Lead discovery processes, including market research, BI analysis, user interviews, and experimentation.
Work closely with AI teams to define intelligent behaviors, agent workflows, and system logic
Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to bring impactful features to market
Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and polish the product
Play a central role in shaping the roadmap of Harmony.

Define and drive the AI strategy for platform, focusing on assistant capabilities, model integration, and developer intelligence.
Lead and mentor a team of AI-focused product managers, empowering them to deliver transformative experiences across products.
Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for AI Assistant, MCP Server, and agentic experiences.
Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to build production-ready AI systems, integrating LLMs and reasoning models into developer workflows.
Shape the AI platform architecture - ensuring context awareness, privacy, and responsible model usage across all environments.
Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to identify high-impact AI use cases that drive adoption, productivity, and differentiation.
Establish a culture of experimentation and measurement - defining metrics for AI engagement, success rate, and business impact.
Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, AI agents, and DevOps automation, bringing fresh thinking into platform vision.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional product leaders to deliver a unified development platform.

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the development and evolution of our groundbreaking AI Autopilot product. This role is responsible for steering initiatives that dramatically increase operational efficiency by leveraging autonomous AI to resolve IT issues, automate Tier 1 support, and empower customers with true self-service IT. You will shape the future of our platforms AI capabilities, making a bold impact on both the IT management software industry and the daily lives of IT professionals and end users.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a dedicated AI squad, comprising cross-functional team members such as AI/ML engineers, developers, and product designers.
Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for our AI Autopilot module, defining priorities based on customer needs, automation opportunities, emerging AI trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Collaborate intensively with stakeholders to understand market trends, organizational pain points, and the evolving competitive landscape related to autonomous IT and agentic AI.
Define and prioritize AI-driven product requirements, orchestrating feedback from users, market analysis, and internal specialists to maximize impact and adoption.
Own the full AI product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch, continuous optimization, and post-release monitoring, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in IT workload automation, ticket resolution speed, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with our CTO, design, engineering, customer success, analytics, marketing, and support teams to steer AI development, deployment, and iterative enhancement.
Establish and monitor KPIs for Autopilot usage, SLA improvements, and automation impact, using analytics to refine AI workflows and effectiveness.
Champion secure, ethical, and compliant use of AI, ensuring privacy and governance within all automation flows.
Work directly with design partners and customers to deliver a 100% market fit product.

This is a role for someone who wants to shape the fundamentals of our platform, both technically and strategically. Youll lead the design of scalable GenAI systems and connectivity to other platforms and tools, define effective AI best practices, mentor engineers, and influence how AI is built across the company all while staying deeply hands-on.
