We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own lead generation.
You will be fully responsible for turning our positioning into measurable outcomes, specifically qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
What You Will Do:
Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
Own lead generation targets and CPL performance
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bidding, and targeting
Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and messaging
Build, test, and refine messaging independently for a complex B2B infrastructure product
Execute SMM activities (organic posting and support for paid campaigns)
Create marketing assets independently: ad copy, concepts, short-form video, and landing pages (with design support for visuals)
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) to accelerate campaign creation, testing, and optimization
Analyze campaign performance and provide clear weekly insights
Optimize B2B and B2B2X acquisition funnels
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Identify and scale new acquisition channels and experiments
Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting (GA4, HubSpot, etc.).
Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing or growth roles
Proven experience generating leads or qualified meetings for B2B companies
Strong English copywriting skills
Ability to work independently, end-to-end
Practical, daily use of AI tools in marketing workflows
Fast learner with a strong experimentation mindset
