We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and architect the marketing function across our ecosystem of brands. This is a high-impact, strategic-yet-hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for owning the marketing roadmap, defining brand voices, and driving the execution of our GTM strategies.
The role works directly with the leadership team to translate business goals into high-impact marketing results across multiple brands, ensuring we maintain a dominant, consistent, and result-driven presence in the high-tech and cloud partnership space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic GTM & Brand Ownership
Define and Lead Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the organization and its sub-brands, aligning all initiatives with top-line revenue goals.
Brand Architecture: Refine and maintain visual and tonal (V/T) consistency across a diverse portfolio, ensuring each brand resonates with its specific target audience.
Messaging Architecture: Translate complex technical and partnership dynamics into compelling value propositions that appeal to C-suite stakeholders and sales leaders.
High-Impact Execution & Operations
Multi-Channel Management: Oversee the end-to-end content and social media lifecycle, bridging the gap between high-level themes and granular daily execution.
Executive Thought Leadership: Manage the professional digital presence of senior leadership, turning internal expertise into industry-leading content.
Communications & Community: Own the strategy and distribution of recurring newsletters and updates, ensuring they serve as high-value touchpoints for our ecosystem.
Campaigns & Event Strategy
Lifecycle Campaign Management: Lead the design and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns from ideation through to post-launch analysis.
Strategic Event Marketing: Oversee our presence at major industry events, managing everything from sponsorship strategy and logistics to post-event lead nurture and engagement.
Infrastructure & Tool Mastery
AI & Creative Stack: Leverage and optimize the use of AI tools for content drafting and refinement; produce or oversee high-fidelity visual assets using design tools based on existing brand kits.
Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and optimize our marketing infrastructure (email automation, social platforms, and web assets) to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in B2B Technology Marketing, with a proven track record in the Cloud, SaaS, or Channel/Partner ecosystem.
Strategic Thinker & Tactical Doer: A unique ability to build a marketing plan from the ground up and the willingness to personally execute.
Exceptional English: Native-level written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for professional nuance and editorial quality.
Leadership Presence: Proven experience working alongside senior founders and partners, providing both strategic guidance and execution excellence.
Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the GTM motions related to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and AI-assisted content workflows.
