we are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to drive the engineering behind our Swag and Store products - high-scale, ux driven and core offerings at the heart of our platform and business. Youll lead a talented team of 2-3 full-stack developers while actively contributing code, shaping architecture, and setting the technical and cultural tone for the team.
You Will:
Lead and mentor two-three full stack engineers, setting the technical direction and helping them grow through a mix of guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Stay hands-on: write code, design features, review PRs, and get into the details when it counts.
Collaborate closely with Product to define priorities, plan features and deliver meaningful improvements with tight feedback loops.
Continuously refine how the team works, removing friction, improving processes, and creating a modern, effective engineering environment.
Requirements: Over 7 years of experience in software development.
3+ years with Node.js and modern frameworks.
3+ years with React or related frameworks.
2+ years managing an engineering team.
Product-oriented and skilled in working closely with business, product, and customer-facing teams.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
