Our Gaming Team aims to help gaming publishers unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. You will be part of a high performing team of Brand and Performance Partnerships Managers and Client Solution Managers covering the Gaming industry.
As the Agency Partnership Manager, you will be the go-to expert and trusted advisor for advertising agencies across Israel. You will play a critical role in building relationships and strategy with top agencies, enabling them to maximize the potential of our advertising solutions for their clients.
You will act as a strategic advisor, growth driver, and ecosystem enabler within Israels advertising industry. You will focus on driving adoption of our solutions, leading education and enablement initiatives, and ultimately contributing to measurable growth for our advertising partners.
- Agency Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic relationships with key gaming clients, creative, and performance agencies, act as their trusted advisor and drive our adoption and revenue growth.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our investment across agency portfolios, supporting their client success and driving sustainable revenue.
- Strategic Planning: Develop joint business plans with agency partners, set performance goals, and execute partnership initiatives aligned with our business objectives; Lead discussions around sales targets and rebate deals.
- Adoption of our Solutions: Become an expert in our solutions for businesses, advocate for and promote our tools and best practices, and adoption of our mind-set.
- Enablement & Education: Lead training, workshops, and thought leadership sessions to educate agencies on our suite of advertising products, best practices, and creative excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Measurement teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of digital and social trends in the Israeli market, providing insights that inform our go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or advertising agencies.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships within the Israeli advertising ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, performance marketing, media planning and the advertising agency landscape in Israel.
- Strong background in sales and client management, with a demonstrated ability to grow business relationships.
- Exceptional communication and proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops and education sessions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Hebrew and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for business growth.
- Experience in creating compelling presentations using industry insights and internal proof points to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong network in the local media landscape.

* Strong analytical skills with a statistical approach to A/B testing and data -driven decision-making.
* Deep knowledge of marketing metrics like LTV/CAC and optimization tools/software. English fluency at a high or mother-tongue level.
