To ensure our live deployments deliver maximum impact, were looking for a hands-on, insights-driven Senior Data Analyst to lead performance tracking and optimization for our product and customers.
As Senior Data Analyst, youll be responsible for analyzing production data to monitor store performance, improve current operations, and provide insights that shape our companys future roadmap. Youll also structure and manage how operational data is collected, aggregated, and analyzed, ensuring it delivers actionable value across teams.
This role sits within the Customer Performance team - our group responsible for ensuring our deployments perform at their best and deliver measurable value. Youll collaborate closely with Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success, and our retail partners.
A day in the life
Analyze production data from live stores to assess system performance and customer behavior.
Track and report on agreed KPIs with retail partners, ensuring we deliver against operational commitments.
Manage and structure operational data - defining what is included in analysis and how it is aggregated.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to analyze, maintain, and improve ETL workflows and data pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and accessible for analysis.
Build dashboards to surface insights internally and for retailer-facing teams.
Provide insights that inform both current operational improvements and our companys product roadmap.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success) to proactively suggest system enhancements.
Communicate complex KPIs, concepts, and insights in a clear, structured, and compelling way, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

As part of this role, you will join the Performance Analytics team, which takes a central and holistic position in the company. You will be in charge of defining and monitoring high-level company KPIs that are reported to executives and suggesting proactive actions that create meaningful business impact.
