Were looking for a Founder Brand Manager with a strong storytelling and distribution mindset to own and grow the Base44 founders personal social channels, meaningfully impacting the companys story and brand. This role is first and foremost about writing, building narratives, and turning ideas into sharp, engaging content that resonates with founders, builders, and the tech community - driving attention, conversation, and traffic.
Youll have full ownership of the content lifecycle: ideation, storytelling, writing, editing, publishing, and optimization. Youll translate thoughts, opinions, product moments, and real-time conversations into compelling narratives with a clear voice, point of view, and purpose. The focus is on high-quality written content, primarily for LinkedIn and X (Twitter), optimized for reach, engagement, and clicks, and supported by simple creatives when needed.
Youll manage the Base44 founders day-to-day social channels - writing and publishing posts, engaging in comments and DMs, and maintaining an authentic, consistent presence that compounds over time. Youll build and execute a monthly content plan centered around themes, story arcs, and growth goals; react quickly to trends and conversations; and proactively look for opportunities to expand reach, spark discussion, and drive traffic through smart angles, timely posts, and collaborations.
This is a fast-paced, highly independent role that requires excellent writing skills, strong editorial judgment, and a deep understanding of how stories travel on social. You should be confident writing on behalf of someone else, fully capturing their voice while shaping content that performs.
Requirements: High-level English (spoken and written), with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Availability to work closely and in tight alignment with the Base44 founder
Proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong emphasis on content, copywriting, and distribution
Demonstrated ability to write engaging, opinionated posts that drive discussion, reach, and traffic
Strong instinct for storytelling, hooks, and structure - and what makes written content perform on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and content formats
Ability to independently plan, write, refine, publish, and optimize content end-to-end
Light, witty, and creative personality with a strong sense of tone, timing, and humor
Sharp and fast learner, able to quickly adapt to the founders voice, style, and point of view
Ego-free and comfortable writing content on behalf of someone else
Highly reliable, trustworthy, and able to take full ownership of content quality, consistency, and performance.
