Full Stack team lead - Cloud & AI Systems Join a cutting-edge defense technology organization building mission-critical systems at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI, and secure environments. We are looking for a strong technical leader who combines deep Full Stack expertise with cloud-native thinking and hands-on delivery capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a new product from early concept through operational deployment - in an environment where engineering excellence directly supports real-world impact. The Role As a Full Stack team lead, you will shape the technological direction, define architecture, and guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering secure, scalable, and AI-driven systems. You will operate in highly regulated, security-sensitive environments, including air-gapped infrastructures, while maintaining modern engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Define system architecture, technology stack, and long-term technical roadmap Lead the development of scalable, secure, cloud-native microservices and CI/CD pipelines Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, model serving, MLOps, monitoring) into production systems Remain hands-on across the stack - backend services ( Node.js / Python / JAVAgreenTxtBg!) and modern frontend frameworks ( React / Angular / Vue) Design and maintain secure air-gapped and on-prem environments for critical deployments Collaborate with Product, data, DevOps, and Security teams to meet technical, operational, and performance objectives Establish best practices for observability (logging, metrics, tracing), security (IAM, encryption, secrets management), and cost optimization Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline 7+ years of software development experience, including 2-3 years in technical leadership Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) Proven Full Stack capabilities - APIs, backend services, databases, and modern frontend development Experience building or operating secure air-gapped or on-prem systems, including deployment workflows and repository management High-level English proficiency Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills This is an opportunity to lead complex engineering efforts, influence architectural decisions, and build secure, AI-powered systems that operate in high-stakes environments.
