As a Backend Engineer, youll join a growing global team, shaping the future of eCommerce. Youll develop and maintain the core selling and order management capabilities for all our verticals. Build and maintain backend systems to process 1.5 million API requests and 400,000 events per minute
Design, implement, and optimize scalable and resilient systems with an API-first approach
Solve high-scale technical challenges in a distributed microservices environment (~100 microservices)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the platform
Lead technical initiatives to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them reach their full potential Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English are required.
