We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, AI-driven content innovation, and operational execution. You will be responsible for leading the lifecycle of our internal products that deal with all aspects of our marketing machine. As we operate in a fast-paced B2C environment , you should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, engagement loops, and how to leverage Generative AI to scale content production and personalize the learning journey. Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono. **This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.
Responsibilities:
Product Management Product Vision & Strategy: Contribute to the product roadmap, aligning educational goals with media trends, business objectives, and AI opportunities. AI Integration: Identify and implement Generative AI solutions to streamline content creation, enhance personalization, and improve student learning outcomes. Product Definition: Translate complex pedagogical needs and content requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. B2C Growth & Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs to measure user engagement, retention, and conversion rates, using data to drive product iterations. Project Management End-to-End Execution: Lead the development cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. Agile Leadership: Manage the product backlog, and prioritize tasks for the teams. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between R&D, Media, Creative team, and Marketing.

Requirements: Requirements Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management within the Online or marketing industries. B2C Expertise: Proven experience working on B2C products , with a solid understanding of user acquisition, retention, and consumer-facing UI/UX. AI Literacy: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs, image/video generation) and their application in content production or product features. Project Management: Strong expertise in leading projects and tasks in matrix organisations.
* B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Instructional Design. Skills & Competencies Strategic Execution: The ability to think big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail during implementation. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hebrew). Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct formal authority. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to drive product decisions.
