To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in modern cloud based automation methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, especially in redundancy and scalability of large systems and the ability to control them via SCM based declarative configs. You should be familiar with modern public clouds approaches and serverless based architectures, including virtualization containers and container based orchestration including multiple Kubernetes based deployments. You should be comfortable engaging in complex technical discussions and advocating for optimal solutions in a fast-paced growing environment as part of our quest for continuous improvement. Were looking for a highly skilled Network Systems Performance Engineer to join our R&D Quality and Performance group. In this role, you will design and execute performance, scalability, and reliability tests for our client networking and security components across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to evaluate system performance under diverse network conditions and ensure our client software meets high standards of stability, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Define, design, and execute performance, scalability, load, throughput, and stress tests for client network functionality across multiple operating systems
Build and maintain performance testing environments, including physical and virtual lab setups, network simulators, and traffic generation systems
Evaluate the behavior and performance of client networking and security workflows in various operational and environmental scenarios
Simulate and analyze diverse network conditions, including jitter, packet loss, bandwidth variations, latency profiles, and connectivity constraints
Analyze CPU, memory, and other resource utilization across different OS platforms to ensure efficient and stable client performance

In this role, you will be the architect of the systems connectivity, designing how our devices communicate over wired LAN infrastructures and ensuring the software architecture supports robust, high-throughput data flow. You will bridge the gap between IT network configuration and R&D software development.

Responsibilities:
System Network Design: Define the networking architecture for complex systems, focusing on Wired LAN configurations, switch management, and topology planning.
