We are seeking for an experienced corporate & compliance counsel to work as part of our global team - negotiate and execute various corporate documents, including Board and Shareholders, M&A`s, banking, finance and various required filings .

In this challenging position, you will partner with various stakeholders internal and external providing guidance, support and leadership to cross-functional teams worldwide about various legal matters.
Job responsibilities:
Join our fast growing global legal team.
Work directly with our various departments;
Work closely with various senior management members;
Support corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder materials, and support equity management, including employee equity plans and relatedcap table matters.
Advise on corporate transactions, including financings, M&A, and strategic partnerships
Remain current on applicable laws and regulations surrounding corporate laws;
Support all compliance matters, Assist in developing, maintaining and communicating internal policies (code of conduct, anti-bribery, sanctions/export etc.).
Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments
Work with the relevant regulators & authorities.
Requirements: Law degree from a top academic institute
Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership
5-7 years of relevant legal experience as a corporate lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a major law firm
Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, and commercial transactions experience
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours and days
Ability to work effectively remotely
Excellent English.
