We're seeking an exceptional Vice President of Engineering to lead an engineering organization and shape the technical future of the platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will oversee multiple engineering teams comprising directors, engineering managers, and developers who build mission-critical enterprise software for the insurance industry. Strategic Leadership Partner with the Engineering Leadership to define and execute the long-term technical strategy and product roadmap. Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field (Master's degree or MBA preferred) 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 8 years in leadership roles 5+ years managing managers (Directors, Engineering Managers) in large organizations Proven track record building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies
