Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a physics role.
Demonstrated experience designing and building optical systems.
Experience with simulation tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of imaging systems design and performance characterization.
Experience in biophysics or bio-optical systems.
Familiarity with system requirements definition and specification development.
Outstanding communicator with the ability to present complex technical findings to diverse audiences.
Collaborative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments.
