We are actively seeking a seasoned senior Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team.
This is a trusted leadership role at the center of the organization. The Chief of Staff serves as a senior,high-impact trusted partner to the CEO, operating within the executive leadership layer and supporting focus, execution, and alignment across the company.
This role is designed for an experienced operator who is comfortable moving between strategic context and hands-on execution, and who has previously led complex, cross-functional initiatives in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the CEO on the execution of key company priorities
Own and lead cross-functional, company-level initiatives from problem definition through execution, working closely with senior leaders across functions
Drive progress on initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and delivery
Support and structure the executive operating rhythm, including leadership cadence and planning cycles
Support annual and quarterly planning processes to drive focus and alignment
Act as a connective layer across the organization to improve coordination and execution on strategic priorities
Requirements: Professional Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience in technology-driven organizations
At least one significant role in a growing startup or scale-up environment
Proven experience working closely with a CEO or senior executive team
Prior experience as a member of an executive leadership team, or in a role with regular participation in executive-level forums
Hands-on experience building or standing up a new role, function, or operating model in a growing organization
Background in global management consulting or advisory roles, combined with hands-on operational experience in technology organizations - an advantage
