Wireless System Application Engineer Support Team is responsible for technical interactions with existing and potential customers from all over the world, on various design matters that may arise, focusing on the RF communication aspects. This includes items such as RF performance analysis, reproduction, and debugging of customer RF issues.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and partners (remotely and on-site)
Handling issues reported by customers and driving to resolution
Hands-on troubleshooting of RF System issues in the lab
Drive cross-company activities such as complex issue investigations and customer design reviews
Report to Applications Support Team Leader.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: WiFi, LTE, Bluetooth
Familiarity with MAC, PHY, and RF subsystems
Familiarity with RF test equipment such as VSA, VSG, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers etc.
Experience working with Linux OS
Ability to read PCB Schematics
Hands-on experience investigating complicated SW/HW/System issues
Strong interpersonal skills and high customer service orientation
Strong communication skills, oral and written, fluent English
Willingness to travel abroad (US-EU-APAC)
Advantage
Experience as FAE/Customer Support
Experience in HW design and troubleshooting
Experience in the Automotive industry
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Manage and operate four advanced laboratories specializing in RF and signal processing
Design, set up, and execute complex test environments and validation processes
Analyze test results and identify issues in collaboration with development teams
