We are looking for a sharp, data‑driven Business Analyst to transform pre‑sale and sales performance data into clear, actionable business insights that support strategic decision‑making.
What Youll Do
Analyze win rates by customer, technology, sales rep, and deal type
Monitor and evaluate pre‑sale funnel performance and pipeline health
Build dashboards and recurring management reports
Investigate lost deals to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with sales, pre‑sale, and management teams to drive data‑based decisions.
Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar- must
Strong Excel skills- must
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in sales / pre‑sale environments- advantage
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot)- advantage
Experience with BI tools (Qlick/ Power BI)-advantage
Strong analytical skills and a business‑oriented mindset.
