We are seeking a junior Marketing Manager to support and operate the day-to-day marketing function across multiple brands. This is a highly operational role, designed to start as a part-time position and scale over time as marketing activity and scope increase.
The role works closely with the VP Marketing and supports marketing execution across three brands, ensuring consistency, timely delivery, and effective internal-to-external communication.
This position is well-suited for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Execution
Manage social media posting schedules across multiple brands
Maintain and track marketing calendars, timelines, and ongoing initiatives
Coordinate marketing-related schedules and priorities across the organization
Support internal marketing requests and operational needs
Content Coordination & Distribution
Collect information from internal stakeholders (product, sales, leadership) and translate it into outward-facing marketing communications
Act as the primary liaison for content creation, coordinating with writers, designers, and other contributors to ensure timely delivery
Draft, assemble, and distribute weekly marketing newsletters
Support senior executives in managing and maintaining their personal LinkedIn presence
Campaigns & Events
Assist with marketing campaign execution and timeline management
Support event preparation, coordination, and scheduling
Tools & Marketing Infrastructure
Use AI tools to assist with content drafting and refinement, with the ability to review and improve English-language output
Produce simple visual assets using Canva and/or Figma based on existing templates
Work with standard marketing tools including Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and related platforms
Requirements: Early-career or junior-level marketing professional seeking to grow into a broader Marketing Manager role
Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to review and refine AI-generated content
Comfort working in an operational, generalist marketing role
Familiarity with: Chatbots, Canva and/or Figma (template-based usage), Mailchimpת LinkedIn and social media publishing tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
