We are looking for a talented backend.NET Core Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, modifying, and implementing backend services and APIs. You will work closely with business and product stakeholders, build scalable and reliable systems based on microservices architecture, and contribute to operational excellence through strong observability and quality practices. Responsibilities:
* Maintain close, ongoing contact with business/product stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
* Design and implement backend services and APIs using C # /.NET.
* Build and maintain microservices.
* Develop and optimize data models and data access using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
* Ensure high reliability through monitoring, logging, and tracing (AWS observability) and production readiness.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across development, staging, and production environments.
* Write clean, maintainable, scalable code and testing protocols (unit/integration tests).
* Review code, collaborate with other engineers, and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
* Support CI/CD processes and deployments; continuously improve performance, stability, and maintainability.
* Evaluate user/ system feedback and recommend improvements.
Requirements: Requirements At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
* Strong backend development experience with C # and.NET.
* Proven experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts.
* Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL (modeling, querying, performance tuning basics).
* Experience working in AWS environments and applying observability practices (logging/metrics/tracing).
* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling).
* Experience with ORMs and data access patterns (e.g., Entity Framework or similar).
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Advantages (Nice to Have)
* Knowledge of Kubernetes.
* Experience with Argo CD.
* Cloud programming experience and cloud-native patterns.
* Background in secure programming / application security.
* Experience working with Cursor (or similar AI-assisted IDEs) AI-first programming mindset (using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation).
