We are seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Director to lead and oversee all global tax activities across our organization. In this role, you will develop and execute the companys global tax strategy, ensure full compliance with international tax regulations, and support business growth through effective tax planning. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and external advisors to optimize our global tax structure and guide key decisions that impact the companys long-term success. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role suited for a detail-oriented tax expert who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all global tax operations, including planning, reporting, compliance, and audits.
Develop and implement international tax strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
Ensure compliance with tax laws across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and withholding tax.
Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership on tax-related matters impacting business decisions.
Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax filings and documentation worldwide.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to mitigate tax exposure.
Provide tax guidance for cross-border transactions, new market expansions, and organizational changes.
Monitor tax law changes globally and advise leadership on implications and opportunities.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in global tax, including international tax, Israeli tax, corporate tax, and compliance.
Proven leadership experience in a multinational company or Big 4 environment.
Strong knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and tax planning.
Ability to interpret complex tax legislation and translate it into practical business recommendations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in fast-growing, global, or publicly traded companies-an advantage.
CPA, CTA, or equivalent professional certification-preferred.
