About the role
We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant (m/f/d) to join our talented Polarion Services team in Israel. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting our ALM Product, Polarion.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest ALM projects in the region, often within regulated environments.
A security classification is required for this position. Candidates with a valid, existing security classification are preferred.
We are happy to train you up in our market-leading ALM product.
This role can be based Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.

Participate in large Polarion implementation projects for Israeli customers
Understand the goals of the project workstream to which you are assigned, the breakdown of project tasks, and be able to explain the workstreams relationship to the overall solution
Design, configure, test, support data migration, and provide production and post-production support
Support knowledge transfer (deliver training courses, user guides, coaching of Polarion key users)
Provide ongoing troubleshooting and user support
Support the documentation and development of standard methodologies, Polarion best practices, templates, workflows, project structures, and the further development of our knowledge base
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to align Polarion configuration with customer processes and compliance needs.
Requirements: Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities to drive effective solutions.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ALM processes, and delivery methodologies such as V-model and Agile, ideally with Polarion experience. Candidates with experience in other tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) will also be considered.
Experience with requirements management, test management, and issue tracking practices, including setting up and configuring workflows, work items, dashboards, and user permissions
Familiarity with system customization using extensions or scripting, as well as integration with enterprise tools (e.g., Git, SVN, Jenkins)
Strong communication and documentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create detailed technical specifications and operational procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a consulting team, engaging with consultants, architects, and project managers to support successful customer implementations
Business-level English communication skills
Understanding of regulated environments and traceability-driven processes is an advantage.
Hands-on Polarion experience, including configuration, administration, and reporting, is a strong advantage
