The Mobile Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 50%).
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4-5 developers
Create a continuous and ongoing work plan for the team
Determine goals and objectives at the beginning of each development cycle until it is accomplished
Design and develop APIs and Services to support millions of active users
Collaborate with product managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately
Provide estimates for project timelines from design until delivery
Support and assist developers at code level
Ensure the quality of the code (code reviews)
Keep the team in line with all activities and task prioritization

On your day to day
As a Senior iOS Developer for the iOS and Mac app team, your typical day involves deep technical work and mentoring junior developers. You start by reviewing overnight bug reports and checking CI/CD pipeline status before participating in focused daily standups with the mobile team. Much of your day is spent architecting robust solutions, writing high-quality Swift code, and conducting thorough code reviews to ensure our recording apps deliver seamless experiences across Apple platforms. You collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical implementations, while also researching and integrating the latest iOS frameworks and technologies. Throughout the day, you tackle complex technical challenges, optimize app performance, and share your expertise with teammates through pair programming and technical discussions, ensuring our recording technology performs flawlessly on iOS and macOS devices.

we are looking for a bright, passionate and experienced Apple Platforms Software Engineer to join the company team. In this critical role, you will be developing our Client Application which is used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. You will be owning aspects of the applications full life cycle, from design, and development to CI/CD.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of our macOS/iOS clients, designing, developing and delivering new features from scratch.
Assisting DevOps with maintaining and enhancing our build system.
Researching Apple platform and ecosystem for relevant technologies.
Support the entire application lifecycle, including release management and supporting production.
Collaborate with QA, automation, product-management and other engineering teams to deliver integrated features.
