A global, fan-driven sports platform is seeking a Product Design UX team lead to lead a small, high-impact design team and drive the end-to-end product experience. This role blends hands-on design leadership with people leadership, owning core UX and product design initiatives while helping scale design practices as the product and organization grow.
This is a player-coach role: you will actively design while mentoring and guiding designers to deliver engaging, emotionally resonant digital experiences for a passionate global fan base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Product Designers and UX designers
Own and drive the end-to-end product experience across mobile and web platforms
Contribute hands-on to UX, product design, and interaction design work
Help define and evolve design principles, patterns, and lightweight design systems

6+ years of experience in digital product design, including leadership or mentoring experience
Strong ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership responsibilities
Proven B2C product design experience across mobile and web platforms (CTV - an advantage)
A strong portfolio showcasing engaging, interactive, and emotionally impactful experiences
Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
Passion for sports, fan culture, and building meaningful user engagement
