The Engineering Manager plays a central role in managing, coaching, and fostering the growth of an engineering team. Their primary focus is to ensure that the development of both individual team members and the team as a whole aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives and direction.

Requirements:
3+ years in engineering management, leading backend or platform teams building large scale distributed systems.
Deep understanding of backend architecture, AI/ML systems integration, and scalable infrastructure; able to guide technical design and trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to define technical roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and deliver complex projects in collaboration with cross functional partners.
Experience in system reliability, performance optimization, observability and cloud environment.
Skilled in developing engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and influencing across ML, data, and product teams to drive impact.

In this critically important role within our company, the Sales Development Representative Speaker (SDR) is typically the first sales contact with prospective customers. Responsibilities:
Prospect and BANT qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory, leveraging various sales and lead generation tools
Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails

Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added, and any field sales intelligence; keep records and generate reports on all phases of activities
Keep informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through the successful completion of sales training and self-study

Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas
Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Discovering, or other common SDR productivity tools.
Ability to travel to Trade Shows when needed (~1-2x /year)
BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education.
