Kendago, a global AdTech leader, leverages its full range of digital optimization and creative technologies to profitably scale some of the world’s most successful DTC brands. we are looking for an AI Products Lead to lead and centralize AI initiatives across the company. This role owns AI-driven products end-to-end — from identifying opportunities, through hands-on prototyping, to full production adoption across marketing, creative, analytics and R&D teams. The role operates without a dedicated AI team, leading through cross-functional collaboration and influence. This role is ideal for a hands-on Product Manager with 3–6 years of experience in Ad-tech, Mar-tech or digital marketing environments. Why us? Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Kendago’s performance marketing and D2C operations.
* Lead the delivery of AI initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders
* Rapidly prototype and support deployment of AI solutions into production
* Drive adoption of AI tools across marketing and analytics teams
* Work closely with R&D and business teams to ensure scalable and adopted solutions.
* Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Kendago’s performance marketing and D2C operations.

Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in leading and delivering technical products or product initiatives, with hands-on involvement.
* Proven experience delivering B2C digital products from idea to production from the last 2 years .
* Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-based solutions in production environments.
* Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, RAG and data integration.
* Product-oriented mindset with strong business understanding and ability to translate requirements into execution.
* Experience leading cross-functional project initiatives without direct managerial authority.
* Strong background in ad-tech, Mar-tech, performance marketing, e-commerce or D2C. Nice to Have:
* Experience working on automation, analytics, optimization or decision support systems.
* Entrepreneurial or startup experience including ownership of fast-moving initiatives..
