Responsibilities
Help us figure out a strong roadmap to make Cloud Storage the best for AI/ML workloads.
Lead a team of Engineers to design, develop, and deploy new storage enhancements. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
Architect and design scalable, reliable, and performant systems that meet the needs of the growing AI/ML customer base. Make data-driven decisions to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
Work closely with product managers, customer engineers, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and ensure that Cloud Storage meets their needs.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience with design and architecture and testing or launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
Masters degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques to solve problems, particularly in security contexts.
Experience working with large-scale data processing and analytics systems.
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat landscapes, incident response, and security operations.
