Responsibilities
Data analysis: Pull and analyze HR reports, integrate insights, and provide clear recommendations using analytics and AI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Project management: Support the execution of HR programs and projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Partner with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Assist in implementing HR processes into the lived experiences of employees, managers, and leaders.
Champion the practical adoption of AI tools within the HR team.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field (graduation date July 2027 or later).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, data analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
