In this role you will:
Create motion and video content that drives storytelling and brand engagement across campaigns, social media, and events.

Execute end-to-end production: scripting, animation, editing, sound, and post-production.

Reporting to the teams Art Director, youll work with key stakeholders across teams company-wide to create clear, consistent, aesthetically-pleasing and engaging storytelling across a variety of platforms. Responsibilities
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, product storytelling, our award-winning app and travel advisor portal and large brand moments.
Translate brand guidelines into motion that enhances clarity, personality, and impact across all channels.
Collaborate with our in-house designers, content creators, growth marketers and product team conceptualize and deliver motion assets that support our business goals.
Develop motion systems and templates that keep our brand consistent and scalable.
Edit, refine, and finalize videos for distribution across digital platforms and paid media.
Generate new ideas and approaches for motion that elevate our brand and improve how we communicate visually.
Manage projects from concept to final delivery with strong attention to timing, rhythm, and detail.

Job Description
As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives through motion, built on a strong foundation of design principles. You understand how to design for motion using composition, typography, and color, ensuring that movement serves as a natural extension of the brands visual identity and storytelling.
In your day-to-day, youll:
